Nervous System Support for Individuals, Families & Organisations

Go beyond reducing stress and restore a sense of ease, connection and steadiness — in yourself, your relationships and your everyday life.

1:1 and family sessions

Every session is tailored to you.

Before we begin, I take time to understand what you’re carrying, how your body is responding, and what you actually need. From there, we build a way forward that feels manageable and realistic.

Sessions are available in person or online.

A note on mental health

Stress, anxiety and low mood are often closely linked to how the body is responding to pressure.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts, sessions help you understand what’s happening in your body and build practical ways to respond — in a way that feels more manageable and effective.

  • A personalised yoga session built entirely around you — your body, your energy levels, and your experience.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an existing practice, each session is shaped around what you need on the day.

Expect gentle movement, breathwork, and space to slow down in a way that genuinely works for your body.

This isn’t a class you join — it’s a session designed for you.

There’s no performance, no pressure, and no poses you have to achieve. Just a space to move, breathe, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Available for adults and young people (7+)
    £55

    What you’ll leave with

    • A session that felt good in your body — not pushed through or performed

    • Simple breathing and movement practices you can use at home

    • A clearer understanding of what yoga can feel like when it’s built around you

    • A greater sense of ease, steadiness and space

  • Practical, body-based sessions focused on nervous system regulation.

If you’re living in a state of high alert, struggling to feel calm or safe in your body, or finding that stress hits harder than it should — this is a space to understand why, and to learn how to respond differently.

Each session is shaped around what you bring on the day, giving you tools that are relevant, realistic and easy to use.

Available for adults and young people (7+)
    £55

    What you’ll leave with

    • A personalised set of regulation tools you can use in everyday situations

    • Clear ways to respond in overwhelming or high-pressure moments

    • A better understanding of your nervous system and what it needs

    • Practical techniques you can use immediately

  • Most support asks you to think your way through what you’re feeling.
    This works differently.

    These sessions follow a sequence:

First, we regulate the nervous system.
Then we use creativity as a way in.
From there, we explore what emerges — in relationship with yourself and what’s present for you that day.

Movement, breath, creative practice and reflection are woven together — not as a fixed format, but guided by what you and your body need in the moment.

This approach works particularly well if you:

    • Feel stuck or overwhelmed

    • Find words hard

    • Want something more expressive than a standard therapeutic session

No creative experience needed — just you, as you are.

Every session is shaped around you — your nervous system, your pace, and what you bring.

Available for adults and young people (7+)
    £60

    What you’ll leave with

    • A felt sense of what it means to regulate before creating or connecting

    • A creative practice that is genuinely yours — not prescribed

    • Greater capacity to relate to yourself and others from a calmer, clearer place

    • Something that stays with you beyond the session

  • Yoga therapy is different to yoga.

It’s a one-to-one therapeutic process that uses the tools of yoga — movement, breathwork, awareness and nervous system practices — to work with a specific presenting issue, health condition, or pattern affecting your day-to-day life.

If you’re experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, pain, trauma responses, sleep difficulties, or a health condition — this is where yoga therapy can offer more targeted, individualised support.

Sessions begin with a thorough intake, where we build a clear picture of what’s happening in your body, your nervous system, and your wider life.

From there, we work gradually and at your pace — addressing what’s actually there, rather than applying generic practices.

Available for adults and young people (7+)
    £75

    What you’ll leave with

    • A clear, personalised understanding of how your body and nervous system are responding

    • Practices specifically chosen for your presentation — not generic or one-size-fits-all

    • A developing toolkit that works at the root of what’s happening, not just the surface

    • A therapeutic space grounded in genuine understanding of your experience

  • Yoga for a small group who want to experience it together.

Friends, family, or a small team — sessions are shaped around your group, your experience levels, and what you’d like to get from it.

This is a genuinely personal experience, not a class.

We can incorporate movement, breathwork and simple practices that help everyone feel more at ease — both during the session and beyond.

Schools & specialist provisions

Move To Learn

A structured movement and nervous system regulation programme for primary-aged children, delivered in schools and specialist provisions.

Move to Learn gives children practical, body-based tools to manage stress, big feelings and transitions — through movement, breathwork and simple regulation practices that fit into the school day.

This is not an add-on or enrichment activity. It supports how children feel in their bodies at school — which directly impacts how they learn, relate and behave.

Available as:

Workshops
A standalone session introducing Move to Learn to children or staff

Group sessions
A series of sessions delivered to a class or small group over time

Pricing is tailored to your setting, group size and requirements.

Regulate, Create & Relate (Schools)

For young people who find words difficult, who have disengaged from traditional support, or who need an approach that works with their nervous system.

Sessions follow three stages — and the sequence matters:

Regulate
Gentle movement and breathwork to bring the nervous system into a steadier state.
A dysregulated system cannot learn, create or connect — so this comes first.

Create
Once settled, creativity becomes accessible. Drawing, writing, movement or making — whatever fits the young person on the day. No words required.

Relate
From a more regulated and expressed place, young people begin to make sense of their experience. This is where connection and insight develop.

Delivered in school or specialist provision, in person.
Each session is responsive to the young people in the room.

Outcomes for young people

  • Practical regulation tools they can use independently

  • A creative practice that feels personal and accessible

  • Greater capacity to relate to themselves and others

What staff notice

  • Reduced dysregulation during and beyond sessions

  • Improved engagement and participation

  • Increased emotional awareness and communication
