Support during separation, divorce & family transitions

Bridging the gap between the practical and personal

Separation is one of life's biggest transitions. Whether you're making decisions about your children, navigating divorce, preparing for mediation or simply trying to work out what comes next, you don't have to do it alone.

I provide family mediation in Whitstable and across Kent, divorce coaching and wellbeing support for families experiencing separation and family transition, helping individuals and families move forward with greater clarity, confidence and hope.

Separation affects every part of life.

And it isn't just a legal process. Separation and divorce can affect your relationships, your children, your confidence, your wellbeing, your finances and your sense of identity.

While practical decisions are important, they're only one part of the journey.

Different people need different kinds of support at different stages. My role is to help you understand your options and find the support that's right for you.

Family Mediation

Helping parents and separating couples have calm, constructive conversations about children, finances and future arrangements with the support of an impartial family mediator in Kent.

Divorce Coaching

Supporting individuals before, during and after separation with practical guidance, emotional support and greater confidence to navigate the challenges ahead.

Wellbeing through Family Transitions

Therapeutic wellbeing sessions supporting adults, children and families through the emotional impact of separation and family change.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out.

Some people know they need mediation. Others are looking for support for themselves or their children. Many people simply need someone to help them make sense of what they're going through.

Together, we'll explore your circumstances and identify the support that feels right for you.

Why Families Choose to Work With Me

Alongside my mediation training, I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Yoga Therapy with a specialism in child and adolescent mental health and have additional training in trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and domestic abuse awareness.

Most separation support is entirely talk-based — but separation is a physiological event as much as an emotional one. Disrupted sleep, a shortened temper, brain fog and a nervous system stuck in high alert can make even good advice hard to act on. My yoga therapy background means I work with the nervous system itself, not just the conversation — and I bring specific experience supporting neurodivergent adults and children, for whom decision-making, anxiety and overwhelm during separation can look different again.

This allows me to bridge the gap between processes and people—supporting individuals and families not only with the practical decisions that need to be made, but also with the emotional realities that often accompany separation and family transition.
