Sessions are available in person or online, for individuals, small groups and teams.

1:1 Yoga Session

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an existing practice, each session is shaped around what you need on the day.

Expect gentle movement, breathwork, and space to slow down in a way that genuinely works for your body.

This isn't a class you join — it's a session designed for you. There's no performance, no pressure, and no poses you have to achieve. Just a space to move, breathe, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Available for adults and young people (7+)

This is a genuinely personal experience, not a class. We can incorporate movement, breathwork and simple practices that help everyone feel more at ease — both during the session and beyond.
