Therapeutic Support That Starts With The Individual
Body-based, trauma-informed support for children, young people and adults experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, emotional or sensory dysregulation.
My approach is neurodivergence-aware and adapted around the individual — including people who are diagnosed, awaiting assessment, exploring neurodivergence, or simply looking for a different way of being supported.

A Different Approach
Not everyone finds it easy, or helpful, to explain what they're experiencing through words alone.
As a Level 6 Yoga Therapist, I use a body-based therapeutic approach that can include movement, breath, sensory and body awareness, mindfulness and practical regulation tools.
Sessions are individualised around the person, what they're experiencing and what feels accessible to them. The aim is to develop greater awareness of what is happening in the body, recognise patterns and early signals of overwhelm, and discover practical ways of responding that can be used in everyday life.
Children & Young People
Body-based therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, sensory or emotional dysregulation, difficulties at school or periods of significant change.
I have additional training in Child & Adolescent Yoga Therapy and work with neurodivergent children and young people, those awaiting assessment, and children who may find approaches relying heavily on talking difficult to access.
Adults
Individual therapeutic support for adults experiencing overwhelm, stress, regulation difficulties or significant periods of change.
This includes adults who are neurodivergent, awaiting or considering assessment, exploring neurodivergence later in life, or simply looking for an approach that doesn't rely entirely on talking.
You Don’t Need a Diagnosis to Access Support
We can start with what is happening for you or your child now — what feels difficult, what you're noticing and what might help. A diagnosis isn't required to begin therapeutic support.
An Individual Approach
There isn't one regulation strategy or therapeutic tool that works for everybody.
Sessions are collaborative and adapted around the individual — including their communication style, sensory needs, preferences, interests and what feels accessible to them.
My approach is body-based, trauma-informed and neurodivergence-aware, with an emphasis on:
Awareness — noticing body signals, emotions, patterns and needs
Curiosity — exploring what may be happening rather than judging it
Choice — practicing different tools and responses rather than prescribing one “right” way
Practical application — developing approaches that can be used outside the therapy space
The aim isn't to make someone appear calm or compliant. It's to help them better understand themselves and develop greater choice around what genuinely supports them.
